To put it simply, Goat Yoga is literally yoga with goats. We are combining Gentle Yoga, our Nigerian goats and nature, to create a true stress release for the body, mind, and spirit. That's the beauty of Goat Yoga you get the benefits of both Yoga and Fur-Therapy.
Yoga has been known to help your body relax while stretching and strengthening. Pranayoga (Yoga Breathing) may improve lung health and capacity.
The goats may help provide comfort, reduce anxiety and stress. Petting the goats fur may promoted the release of serotonin. While their playfulness has been known to causes laughter.
